Another lamp—this one will be going in the bedroom, I believe, on the side of the bed opposite the nightstand.
Avalon, which is the company that owns/operates my building, is apparently big on indirect lighting—in both the living room and the bedroom there are switches that operate outlets rather than overhead lights, so I just ordered this lamp from Overstock for the living room.
If I get the Eames chair I’ll be needing a lamp for reading… I think sticking with the classic style would work well, but the swing arm makes it easy to comfortably adjust the lighting.
